I've always loved to eat. As a kid, I would spend hours watching cooking shows and dreaming of becoming a chef. But it wasn't until I was in my early 20s that I realized I could make a career out of my passion for food.
I started out as a food writer, but I quickly realized that I wanted to do more than just write about food. I wanted to experience it firsthand. So I decided to become a professional eater.

I've also learned a lot about myself. I've learned that I'm more adventurous than I thought I was. I've learned that I'm willing to try anything once. And I've learned that I'm always happiest when I'm surrounded by good food and good company.
